Refund Policy

Note: paid plans are not yet available — everything is free during the beta. This policy takes effect when they launch.

If Campfire Chords Pro isn't working out, email [email protected] within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges immediately; your Pro plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for.
